Where can I find sizing information?

All sizing information can be found on our sizing guide.https://beultimate.com/pages/size-chart. For more specific sizing feel free to contact us via livechat or email us at info@beultimate.com.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your product to receive a refund or exchange. Shipping will be done on the customers end. Once the product has been received we will process the return or exchange. Product tags must still be on to be eligible.

General

What does it mean by "Order Completion"?

When you place an order, whether through the online collections or through an order form spreadsheet, once your design has been fully confirmed, payment has been received, and your order form is finalized, the order will be considered "Completed".

What if I have a problem with my apparel?

If you have any problems with your apparel, please email us at info@beultimate.com. We will do our best to assist you in whatever way we can.

How do you use the color chart?

Match the color of the garment to our color chart or simply select a color you want from the chart. Once you determine the color code, note it on the design file. If the color you're looking for isn't on the color chart, no worries! Just select a pantone color and send that to us!

How do your jerseys fit?

Our jerseys tend to fit true to size. They are not baggy, like so many Ultimate jerseys are. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, as some people find our gear to be quite slimming. If you are unsure about how an item will fit, please refer to our sizing guide for more details.

Can you help with the jersey design?

Yes! Our design team is ready to help. We offer free design realization. Fill out our request for design services and you'll be put in touch with a design and success expert to bring your ideas to life.

How are your products packaged?

Your order, when shipped, will include up to two packaging types. Depending on the size of the shipment and the contents, it will be packaged in one of the following:- For small orders, we ship using shipping flyers. These flyers are one-time-use, but are made from recycled materials and can be recyclable themselves. Please do your best in recycling these!- For larger orders, we ship in cardboard boxes. These boxes are made of recycled materials and can be recycled themselves. Please do your best in recycling these!- For most individual products, they are packaged using compostable bags. These are to ensure that the gear arrives safely and is easy to sort upon arrival. Please do your best to compost these bags, but also check with your local guidelines before throwing them in your ‘green bin’.- For a few of our products, they are packaged using single-use-plastic. We are moving away from this type of packaging; however old stock is still sometimes packed in this material. By 2022, our goal is to have 99% of our primary packaging be made of compostable materials.

Is BE Ultimate sustainable?

- We pride ourselves on being an ethical and environmentally friendly company. We understand that the apparel industry is one that is wrought with pollution, overuse, and carelessness, but our aim is to decrease our impact at every step. Each year, we fully Carbon Offset our business practices and each year, we also try to increase our sustainability practices in terms of materials used and practices.

Do you charge sales tax?

Deepening on your country and region, there might be sales tax or VAT added to the price of your order.The regions that we currently collect sales tax in are:- All of Canada- District of Columbia- North Carolina- United Kingdom- The European UnionIf you are unsure, please check with your sales rep about your specific location.

Team Orders & Shipping

What happens if my order is not delivered properly?

If in fact the shipping company has claimed the package has been delivered and you have not received it, we will work together with you and the shipping company to figure out a solution. Each situation will be seen on a case by case basis, but to avoid this happening, it is best to ensure that someone is available to receive the package when it is out for delivery. If you are unable to have someone available to receive the package, do what you can to ensure a secure delivery. We have received an increased number of reportedly stolen packages, so please do what you can to limit your risk.

What's your minimum order amount?

For Sublimated and Embroidered Orders, the first order minimum is 6 pcs and re-orders have a 1 pc minimum.For Screen Printed Orders, the first and reorder minimum is 12 pcs.

How long before I receive my team order?

Our sublimated apparel takes four weeks from order completion, including same-day printed panel confirmation, to be shipped. Shipping may take anywhere from 1-4 business days, so you can generally expect to receive your order within five weeks (25 business days from order completion). Do you do express orders?

Our turnaround time has already been streamlined to be one of the fastest in the industry. 95% of this time is spent on production, and the remaining 5% is spent shipping. In Canada, we already use the fastest shipping available, but in the USA, we can sometimes offer faster shipping rates if available.

Where do you ship to?

We ship duty-free all over the world. If you have any questions about international sales, feel free to get in touch.

How do duties work for international customers?

BE Ultimate will cover the cost of customs and duties so you and your team aren’t surprised with additional charges after completing your order.

Can I make changes to an order I just placed?

Generally, all information filled in the order is final. However, if you ordered something incorrectly please contact info@beultimate.com with your request. We will likely refund your order and have you replace it to avoid any errors.

Can I change the shipping address on an order I just placed?

On team stores shipping will most likely not be required as all the gear will be shipped to the team captains.

How can I track my order?

For team orders, the team captains will be notified of the tracking of all gear being shipped to their address. Please ask them if you would like to know.

How much does shipping cost?

For team orders, it will depend on the number of pieces ordered and if the order is being done via online store or order sheet.

What happens if my order gets returned to sender?

If your order does get returned back to sender(BE Ultimate) then we do hold the right to require a second shipping payment to made before shipping it back out again. If there are extenuating circumstances we can waive this fee, but it will be on a case by case basis.

Retail Orders & Shipping

How long before I receive my retail order?

Depending on the type of customization you have purchased there will be varying production times. Ready to ship orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped. Embroidered orders have a production time of up to 2.5 weeks. Sublimated orders have a production time of up to 4.5 weeks.

Do you do express orders?

Our turnaround time has already been streamlined to be one of the fastest in the industry. 95% of this time is spent on production, and the remaining 5% is spent shipping. If you would like your order to arrive quicker you can select an upgraded shipping service.

How do duties work for international customers?

Most of the time BE Ultimate covers the cost of duties, but there are some shipping services that will make you pay for duties.

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be emailed via shopify once available. If tracking isn’t available then it means the order hasn’t been completed and shipped yet.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders placed in our retail store it will generally be $9.00 for regular shipping and $18.00 for express shipping.

What happens if my order gets returned to sender?

Payment Method

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment. Most commonly credit card, e-transfers and cheques.

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

Gift cards will be sent digitally via email and the code can be inputted directly online. If you see a white box when clicking the gift card link please scroll down to find the code.

How will I be charged and in what currency?

You will be charged in USD when purchasing online from this website.

How do I pay for an Invoice?

You will receive an email from Quickbooks with an invoice and can pay directly via that. For USD payments you will also receive an PayPal request to be paid.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your product to receive a refund or exchange. Shipping will be done on the customers end. Once the product has been received we will process the return or exchange. Product tags must still be on to be eligible.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once the product has been received back to our office we will process the return immediately.

What if there's a quality issue with my item?

If there is a quality issue with your item please contact info@beultimate with the issue and images supporting it. Once we confirm the issue then we’ll either replace a new one into production or reship a new one. Depending on the situation you may be able to keep the error’d one as well.

How can I exchange my item?

You have 30 days to return your product to receive a exchange. Shipping will be done on the customers end. Once the product has been received we will process exchange. Product tags must still be on to be eligible.

Coupons, Gift Cards & Promotions

How does the Spend and get work?

Promotion is only eligible for BE Store purchases. Team store purchases are NOT included. Value is calculated pre-tax. BE Gift card will be sent via email used to purchase within 24 hours of order on business days and the following business day if purchased on a weekend or holiday. BE Gift Card’s will expire after 5 years of reception and can be used on any order placed on our online store. BE Gift Card’s can be used in conjuncture with promo codes and users will have to input the gift card first and then the promo code.</p><p>Generally, we will ship all the items together in one shipment once the Made to Order item has been completed. If requested we can ship the stocked item’s first, but you would have to pay for double the shipping.

How do you wash BE Ultimate gear?

Wash inside out in cold or warm water (not hot). Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
